If you need to add or replace a team member after your entry form has already been processed, your team captain needs to complete a PLAYER CHANGE/ADD form.
Team captains may make player substitutions of any sort for $10 through June 16, 2017 and $20 between June 17-24, 2017, before 8:00am. Note that replacement players must fit the age, height and experience profile of the deleted player. Player changes of this type may be made until game play begins at 8:00 A.M. on Saturday.
Please note the following:
- There is a $10 player change fee for each player change made before 5:00 P.M. On Friday, June 16, 2017. This fee increases to $20 starting June 17 until 8:00 A.M. on Saturday June 24.
- Adding a fourth player to your team once you have registered requires a player add/change form and the accompanied fees.
- ALL TEAMS are subject to player add/change deadlines and fees.
- No refunds will be granted for player add/change fees that have been submitted.
